Yo yo yo, We decided to take a part of this months band camp Friday with something special. I recorded these versions to show the guys what I'd been working on when Bobby Daniel and Sam Rich joined the band over a year ago. I always love hearing the journey of songs from inception to the polished studio version. I had borrowed a Fostex cassette 4 track from my friend DB to write with. The limitations of this allowed me to focus on lyrics and getting the structures together rather than getting lost in making things sound perfect. I'd punch out a drum rhythm, quickly record an acoustic guitar, bass and a vocal. Ive always wanted to do a full album like this and still may in the future. Ive been toying with the idea of doing the whole new record like this as a companion piece..hmm? If you find it in your heart to snag these songs here for their low price it'd really help out with things. We're gearing up to release another single from the record so stay tuned. Again..Thank you.
